スタッフは柔和な態度で親切でした。安心して快く滞在できました。不満があるとすればエアコンがないのでやや気温が低めだったこと、テーブルの奥行きがちょっと狭くてパソコンを打つのにやや不便だったことでしょうか。朝食は簡単なものでしたが、オレンジジュースも新鮮で、十分楽しめました。

ツアーやレストランのアレンジまで対応いただきました。メールに対する応答も素早く、丁寧で非常に助かりました。部屋も歴史を感じつつ、清潔感のある部屋で素晴らしかったです。

コンパクトで便利なホテル

小さいホテルですが、6日間快適に滞在できました。ボルドーの中心部に近く、大変便利な場所にあります。スタッフのみなさんは、よく気が付き、とても親切でした。もう一度ボルドーを訪問することがあれば、またこのホテルに滞在したいです。ただ、洗面台が小さいことだけを不便に思いました。

快適なホテル。シングルルームは狭め。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。シングルルームはパリ市内並みに狭かったです。朝食はシンプルですがパンが美味しかったです。口コミサイトの評価はやや高すぎ

従業員さんが素敵なホテル

ボルドーの中心地カンコンス広場にほど近いこのホテルは、小さなホテルです。お部屋も狭くバスタブはなく、洗面台も小さなホテルですが、それでもまた泊まりたいと思うのは、従業員さんの素晴らしさです。若い方が多かったのですが、とにかく明るく親切で、英語も堪能、顔を見たら何か足りないものや質問はない？っていつも声をかけてくれました。レストランの予約もタクシーの予約も頼んだその場でしてくれました。 WiFi環境もあまり快適とは言えず、セーフティボックスも使いにくかったけれど、それでもまた泊まりたいと思えるホテルです。

おしゃれなだけではない温かいホテル

Tourny通りから入ってすぐの小さなホテルです。こちらのよさはなんといってもスタッフの笑顔と優しさです。積極的に歩み寄って困ったことはないか、欲しい情報はないか、などを気にかけてくれますので、とてもよい気持ちで過ごすことができました。ただし、上の階の足音が聞こえたり、窓が旧式だったりと、いわゆる設備の面では「アパルトマン」の域をでません。また、冷蔵庫・スリッパなどがないのはフランスのホテルではよくあることですので、特にマイナスではありません。高級さではなく、ホスピタリティで勝負という感じで、私はとても気に入りました。

A gem of a hotel

In Bordeaux for the Rugby World Cup, and stayed in a single room. I was worried it would be too small, but it was surprisingly comfortable (6'1" here). Shower was excellent, bed comfortable, air conditioning was a real plus, and the room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included with the room and was quite filling and delicious. There were all kinds of nice Brasserie's and other restaurants to get food nearby. If you are travelling solo, or with a partner, I can for sure recommend this hotel to you.

This is a nicely renovated boutique hotel in a heritage building. The rooms are small but adequate in size; the bathroom is quite large. An inconvenience was a lack of enough electrical outlets and inconvenient positioning of some of the available outlets. As a result, I had to remove lamps from power (making it somewhat dark) in order to charge my computer or iPhone. The desk is small for business travel- I could barely fit my computer on it, and couldn't eat and have the computer on the desk at the same time (no tables). There was a reasonable-sized mini-fridge, which was convenient. On the other hand, the only coffee available in the rooms was instant, vs Nespresso in some other Bordeaux hotels, which is much nicer. Wifi was efficient and reconnected automatically, which was convenient. Staff was generally responsive, although somewhat patchy with apparently some short shifts. Overall, a pleasant stay with some limitations.

Excellent boutique hotel with fantastic interior design, comfortable rooms , finely decorated and ingeniously furnished. The WC separated from the shower, the basin near the entrance which is useful as washing hands is the first thing I do when I come back from a trip. It was scorching hot outside but I could relax inside thanks to the air conditioning and the blackout curtains. I had to organize a self guided city tour on the last day and the concierge gave me a book as a present. So kind and available If I could give more than 5 stars!

Easy tram ride from train station. Near public park and attractions. Coffee making facilities in my room. Very clean, early breakfast offered, staff very friendly and bilingual so I could have conversations both in English and in French.

Great Location, Room tired and dingy

The location of the hotel was fabulous, perfect distance from everything in central Bordeaux! The staff were wonderful and very attentive, booked dinner for us and gave lots of recommendations when requested. Always smiley and willing to help! The shared space downstairs was very nice, lovely decor, however we were very disappointed with room itself. It was very small and dark, no view at all, and seemed very tired. The room wasn’t very clean, and the carpet definitely seemed like it had seen better days! All in all, the location was next to none, but the room was nothing to write home about. It was a good thing we were too busy to spend much time in there! I’m sure the more premium rooms were much nicer, but given the price and the quality of the design downstairs, we were pretty disappointed. Redeeming quality was the comfort of the bed though!

Terrific central location. My room was small but it had an adorable little terrace so I didn’t mind! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and even had a sense of humour when I had difficulty with a very easy-to-operate front door, which I appreciated!

Lovely comfortable boutique hotel

What a charming hotel with wonderful helpful front desk personnel. It was quiet and comfortable and near everything. Will stay here again next time I’m in Bordeaux!

Very nice hotel and very nice staff. My room was a bit small but was more than adequate for one person. The room was well laid out and made good use of the space. There is a nice small deck with a table and two small chairs that overlook the street from my room. I like keeping the doors open to get the airflow into the room as there is no air-conditioning. Be aware though that if you keep the doors open on a street facing room it does get a bit noisy at times. Would stay again.
