ボルドーのシャトー巡りと観光で2泊した。ロケーションは最高に良い。ホテルはトラムCとBの駅に近く、旧市街観光は徒歩と少しトラムを使い楽しめた。食事場所も近くにあるが、シャッターを閉めた店が多い様に感じられた。コロナで閉店した店が多いのかなぁ？価格も手頃、ホテルの質も高く、オススメのホテルです。

立地は最高！

とにかく立地は最高でした。ボルドー駅からタクシーを利用したのですが、建物が二つに分かれており、違う方で降ろされて少しあるかなければならなかったので、確認した方が良いと思います。フロントサービスはフレンドリーではありましたが、常に人がいるわけでも無く、格式のようなものは感じられなかったです。お部屋は狭かったですが、立地の良さを考えれば仕方ないかな？と思います。設備はとても充実おり快適でした。猛暑でしたので、冷房や冷蔵庫がありがたかったです。

部屋が良くないとの口コミが割とあったため、大丈夫かなと思っていましたが、コンパクトながらも清潔で素敵な部屋でした。窓は二重になっており、騒音もありません。予約時に広さ15平米との記載があり、どんなに狭いのかと思っていましたが、寝室とは別にバスルーム（バスタブ、トイレ、洗面台）な4畳分くらいあり、十分な広さでした。何しろ立地が最高で、買い物にも食事にも観光にも便利でした。スタッフもフレンドリーな方ばかりで笑顔に癒されました。このホテルは2つの建物から成っていて、すぐ近くにあります。その件はホテルの紹介欄にもありましたし、ホテルからもメールにも明記してありました。空港からのタクシーにホテルを伝えたところ、奥まった方の建物（一方通行のモトレック通り沿いの建物）に連れて来られましたが、こちらがメインのようです。私はこちらの建物に宿泊しました。トラムが通るアンダンス広場（という大通り）側にある建物がもしかしたら良くないのかなと思いましたがそこは不明です。ちなみに、私が宿泊したモトレック通り沿いの建物はwifiの状態が最高でした。常に安定していて強力です。次にボルドーに来るときも、間違いなくこのホテルを選びます。なお、朝食は、モトレック通りにあるKUROに行きました（野菜と卵たっぷりのキッシュにグリーンサラダをつけてもらい、カプチーノで）。パンが届くのが9:30～10:00くらいなので、あまり早いとサンドイッチはありません。それから、フランス国鉄サン・ジャン駅の方に行けば行くほど、雰囲気も歩いている人も違ってきます（緊張感が多少必要です）。慣れない土地でのホテル選びの決め手は値段だけではないと思いますので、参考にしていただけると幸いです。

ホテルが2胸ありちょっとわかりにくいが、事前に連絡をくれたり丁寧だった。また車の通行を制限する旧市街にあるが乗り入れ方を事前に説明してくれた。

満足できるホテル

ロケーションが素晴らしく良く、スタッフもフレンドリーで親切で感じが良かった。トイレの水が流れないというトラブルがあったが、部屋を変えるなど対応も良かった。特にベットが広くて気持ちが良かった。ホテルの建物が少し離れて二つに分かれており、自分がどちらなのかということがわからなかった。また、ボルドーへ行くことがあれば、是非泊まりたいホテルです。

ﾂｰﾙｰｽﾞから訪れ、別館に3泊しました。ﾎﾞﾙﾄﾞｰの繁華街：三角地帯にあり最高の立地。ｽｰﾊﾟｰのあるｸﾞﾗﾝｿﾞﾑ･ｷﾞｬﾗﾘｰ、有名なﾚｽﾄﾗﾝ街、壮大華麗な大劇場、ｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞのｻﾝﾄ･ｶﾄﾘｰﾇ通り、水鏡のﾌﾞﾙｽ広場、現地ﾂｱｰの発着場所ｶﾝｺﾝｽ広場、夕暮れのｶﾞﾛﾝﾇ河畔もそぞろ歩きの距離。別館はかつてのﾜｲﾝ商の邸宅を改装したとか…、部屋はこじんまりしていますが機能的で清潔、ﾛﾋﾞｰは狭いが調度や飾り付けなど往時の雰囲気が残ってます。ﾎﾞﾙﾄﾞｰ発では数々の有名ｼｬﾄｰ巡りで赤ﾜｲﾝ三昧、ｱﾙｶｼﾖﾝの白ﾜｲﾝと生牡蠣･海老･ﾊﾞｲ貝･ﾑｰﾙ貝など楽しみも沢山。全てに便利、また宿泊したいﾎﾃﾙの一つです。

歴史観ある風情を残した清潔感のあるホテルです

このホテルは、昔の建物の外観で、内装をリフォームしているため、控えめなベストウエスタンの看板に気づかないとホテルを見つけられないかもしれません。ホテルの入り口は、インターコンチネンタルホテル脇の小道に面していますので、インターコンチネンタルホテルを目標に行かれるといいと思います。ホテルの部屋は家具などの配置や窓が小さいこともあって、窮屈感はありましたが、観光目的で寝るだけで使うのなら問題ないと思います。すぐ近くに商業施設は多くあり、高級スーパーのMonoprix(モノプリ)も徒歩7～8分の場所にあります。ボルドーの観光の中心地に立地していますので、部屋の値段は少し高いような気がしますが、リフォームされた清潔感ある部屋などを考えますと、観光を第1に考える人にはお勧めできるホテルだと思います。

ロケーション最高

観光スポットや買い物エリア、レストラン街まで徒歩圏内でロケーションは最高です。またベッドが気持ちよくてグッスリと眠ることが出来ました。清潔感もあり悪い点はありません。一点気になったのは、朝食をとるスペースが非常に狭く、隣の方にすごく気を使いました。

ボルドー市内で便利さナンバー２のホテルです。

受付の人がとても親切でした。オペラやツーリストセンターまで徒歩２～３分の至近距離で各方面への移動にとても便利です。レストラン街まで近くて各国料理の選択枝もいっぱいです。ボルドーの有名なものが近くてほとんど徒歩で行けます。

２棟あるうち昨年改装し3ツ星から4ツ星に昇格したらしい棟に泊まった。改装前にも泊まったことがあるが明らかに価格が上がった。当然改装間もないので状態は良いが、4ツ星と誇るほどの質感はない。部屋の狭さは相変わらず。朝食会場の狭さも相変わらず。エレベーターが遅い。魅力は場所のみです。

２部屋にしました。（３泊で３人で２泊しかとれなかったからです。おそらくセール時期で混んでいたんだと思います】同じ階でしたが、すこしはなれてしまい、隣同士なら満点でした。それ以外はフロントもよく、最高のばしょでした。また泊まります！

市街地中心で便利

市街地中心部にあり、どこに行くにも非常に便利でした。部屋は清潔感があり家具も比較的状態の良いもので、価格の割には安定したサービスのベストウェスタンです。冷蔵庫にはワイングラスと栓抜きがあり、ワインを買って部屋で飲むこともできます。洗面所のコンセントの容量が小さくテーブルにも鏡が無かったため、部屋の入口扉の鏡を使って玄関部でドライヤーを使う必要がありました。エレベータが故障したため、チェックアウト時には荷物を階段で運ぶ必要がありました。

アクセス良好

２回目の利用でした。やはりスタッフの感じの良さは変わりませんでした。外人だろうとフランス人だろうと、お客さんを迎えるという姿勢が、国際的に出来ていると思います。そのお客さんにあった対応がその都度変わっていく、形のないサービスだからこそ出来る柔軟な対応。国際社会での模範となるホテルだと思います。

夫婦のボルドー個人旅行

今回は妻とのボルドー旅行であったがホテルのロケーションは最高で、部屋もリニューアルしたようでボルドーにしては割と広く、トラムの最寄り駅にもあり又観光局も歩いて５分程で行けたのでサンテミリオンへの１日ワインツアー（１人120€）にも申し込み、ワインテースティングも経験し楽しい思い出となりました。ボルドーの市民は皆さんとても親切でした。

綺麗で立地抜群で満足

チェックイン時間の1時間以上前についたが部屋をすぐ用意してくれた。オススメのレストランも教えてくれて、行ってみたら地元民に愛されているところで、美味しくいただいた。立地は町の中心部のど真ん中にあり、夜遅くまでレストランで食べていてもすぐに帰宅できるので便利。鉄道利用の自分には徒歩ですぐそこの駅まで行けるのも良かった。部屋も綺麗で満足。

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was small and mattress not so comfortable. Air conditioning was locked at 22 degrees and room was really warm. When we asked for thiner sheets, we were asked to use what is on the bed.

We care about our planet and are classified "Green Key". This property was difficult to get to by car but once we were there it was in an excellent part of the city! And we slept quite comfortably even though the room was small!
