"Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im Ort Alf, in 2.Reihe an der Mosel. Diese ist fußläufig in ca. 10min erreichbar. Aus den Fenstern schaut man in den gegenüberliegenden Wald und in den Ort. Das Haus selber ist in einem tadellosen, neu renovierten Zustand und lässt in keinem Aspekt Wünsche offen. Die Küchenausstattung ist reichhaltig, alle Etage verfügen über einen großen Balkon. "Die Unterkunft war sauber und super ausgestattet. Ein Teil der Unterkunft wird gerade umgebaut, hier und da fehlte mal ne Fliese oder etwas Tapette. Das war aber immer erst auf dem zweiten Blick aufgefallen. Der Whirlpool war leider nicht funktionsfähig (hat 24 Stunden zum aufheizen gebraucht, mag dran liegen, dass er kurfristig umgestellt wurde). Der Standort ist in der Bad Emser Innenstadt, fußläufig zum Bahnhof BE West. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts nur für ein Fahrzeug, für weitere Fahrzeuge gibts...

"The house is large with well-stocked kitchen and many areas for relaxing, eating and sleeping. We did not know we had to reserve the bedding ahead of time, so had no bedding the first night. This may have partly be due to lack of clear communication as the owner's English was not strong. The house also was not as clean as we would have liked and some elements were not working properly, such as one shower. The washing machine was not available (as it is shared) when we wanted to use it."

"Het appartement voor twee personen is netjes, overzichtelijk en schoon. In de kitchenette kun je een eenvoudige maaltijd bereiden. Je hebt vrij uitzicht op de rivier en op de overkant waar je de treinen langs ziet rijden, terwijl in het water de boten voorbijkomen."
