We had a super warm October weekend so the kids had a blast swinging off the rope swing and jumping into the water :) Plenty of room for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids) the kids loved hangout in the loft area and the garage space was awesome with lots to do. 10/10 would recommend. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the mornings and lounging on the big comfy couch at night. We also enjoyed being right on the water but know that it is quite a few steps down to the dock."
