「Incredibly helpful staff with a large group booking, who made it easy to ensure everyone had an enjoyable stay. We didn't get the chance to enjoy all the benefits of the hotel, but would certainly return.」

「スキー目的で滞在しました。部屋は小奇麗に整理されており、キッチンも広く清潔でした。スーパーもあるので食材も調達できます。ほとんどのスタッフは大概親切で、英語が通じる人もいます。ホテルでは、スキーパスが買えますし、事前予約すればバゲットをフロントで買うこともできます（徒歩圏内にパン屋あり）。スキーパスは並ばなくても買える点が魅力でした。ホテルから徒歩２分ほどの場所からリフト乗り場まで無料バスが出ているので便利でした。また、スキー道具のレンタルショップも村に数軒あります。総合的に満足のできるホテルでした。ただ、ホテル周辺はレストランが数軒しかないので、混雑する時期だと入れない可能性もあります。」

「Worst Accommodation in my lifetime !!! I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I...

「Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!」

「The hotel has underground parking, but the parking fee is a bit expensive. Although the building is old and there are signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the ventilation fan was quite noisy, overall the stay was still comfortable. One downside was that there was no bathtub plug, and when we asked the front desk, they said they didn’t know about it. Because of this, we couldn’t bathe our newborn daughter, which was disappointing. 」
