"When I made the reservation, you informed me that the cost was...$135.48 I asked, and they told me they would charge me 44.60 for a late checkout. However, they charged $229.81 to my credit card and refused to give me a receipt, saying that you would send it to me."

"Beautiful rooms all facing the green golf course with large screened in lanais. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous grounds, lobby, and pools with waterfalls. The lazy river is great with lots of palms and music as you float along. The private beach is super nice with chairs and umbrellas provided and only a short boat ride away. Will be back!!!. "

"The first room that was assigned to us didn’t smell the best, but it’s likely due to the AC being off and the humidity setting in. We contacted the front desk and she was very accommodating and switched us to another room rather quickly."

"There was a Kosik for tired travelers to try and check in with. The person could not speak English well enough to be able to understand him. One couple in our party took 45 minutes to check in. The refrigerator in my room did not keep anything cold. Had a hard time commutating with operator about it. Cleaning women brought another one that did not keep cool. Had to throw milk and meat out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and room was large. TV was too grainy to watch."

"This lovely home is just as pictured. It was super clean, had everything you would need for vacation, and was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation for my husband and I. The pool was delightful and we used it multiple times throughout the day. The location was perfect, 2 miles to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach (our favorite). Near many good restaurants and shopping, and a short drive to Naples. I would highly recommend as the host was very friendly and attentive, but certainly not bothersome."
