Other things to note
Just minutes from I-75, there is an array of shopping and dining options nearby. This is a non-smoking, pet free unit. The HOA requires that all renters submit a rental application along with a nonrefundable processing fee, which includes a background check. Security deposit is $2500.
Additionally, you will be allowed two barcodes (gate access) for a charge of $25 each paid at the time of issuance to the association.
