LIVING AREA

Upscale finishes accent the main living area, furnished with ample plush seating. High ceilings and an open floor plan make entertaining a breeze. After a day at the beach, watch favorite shows on the expansive 65” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen island, furnished with seating for four. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the glass-top table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms.

Find quiet privacy in the master suite, furnished with an adjustable king bed to help create your perfect sleeping position. Curl up with a favorite book in a plush reading chair. An exquisite en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity, water closet, and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom and third bedrooms are both outfitted with a comfy queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom holds a walk-in shower.

Spend leisurely mornings watching the sunrise over the Imperial River from the open-air lounge, furnished with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Pack your beach gear and drive 10 minutes to hit the sand at Bonita Beach Park. Find additional recreational opportunities at the Imperial River Boat Ramp, River Park, and Marni Fields Park, also all within an easy 10-minute drive.

Explore native flora and fauna at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park (7.7 miles) and the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary (25 miles). Find fun for the whole family at Sun-N-Fun Lagoon, 15 minutes away by car.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Incredible Property

This home was incredible!! Very classy and comfy and spacious. The kitchen was massive with a ton of seating and a very modern look! It had all the tools you would need for making great meals! The view of the canal was magnificent and so comforting as you view it from the larger deck or screened in porch which was also furnished eloquently!! The bedrooms were spacious as well as the closets!! They also provided kayaks and outdoor games!! We were able to use lawn chairs and cooler for beach outing! Couldn’t have asked for a better home! Perfect!! I hope to rent this place again!!! Love it!!

Labor Day Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. This is a peaceful home with everything we needed. We saw wild iguanas by the canal, and so many birds. We enjoyed the kayak and loved the screen porch and the views from the upper deck! We will definitely stay here again! THANK YOU!

Had potential, could have been a great, but...

We decided to take a nice weekend for our anniversary. One problem after the next. summary: Nice living area with gorgeous kitchen and AMAZING view. Thats about it... Master bedroom has a strong mildew smell making it difficult to breath! Add to it the fan in the master didn't work. The chair in the master is covered by a bed sheet to hide its stains. The hot tub never heated up. Set it to 103 day 1 and stayed at 90 degrees the entire weekend. The management isn't local so any issue you wait for them to find someone local to help... HUGE spider on the wall around 8" diameter! I understand this is not the house fault. contacted the management to help around 10:30am (we had jet ski rental scheduled for 11:30am) and asked for help (I'm not scared of spiders but this was HUGE!) after a little wait they told us someone is coming in 20 minutes. So eyes on the spider we wait... after 1 hour no show, I called again and they told me they can't get a hold of the guy anymore... FIVE HOURS LATER he came... we missed our jet ski and spent our entire Saturday waiting (if it moved and disappeared, we would have left). The spider wasn't their fault, but 5 hours when told 20 minutes just ruined our day. Sunday morning i text to say the hot tub never heated up. They said turn up the heat on the panel (DUH!) Asked for a late check out so we could reschedule the jetski since we missed it, and was sent a link to pay for a few hours! There were more small issues but thats it for the review.

Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable home in a beautiful, secluded spot on the water.

The views of the water were fabulous. The furnishings were incredibly comfortable. The double porch - one screened, one open to the living room was fabulous. The providing of kayaks even better! We did have tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom drawers. Garbage had also been left outside by previous guests and not emptied by cleaners and got pulled over and dragged around the yard by some animal. Other than these two things, the home was immaculate. The couches, chairs and lounge furniture was all very comfortable. The beds were beyond comfortable. It was all really nice. The one complaint I have is the lack of amenities as far as absolutely no paper products (napkins or paper towels) and no general amenities like salt/pepper, coffee etc. I don't necessarily expect coffee, but I find most places do have some and at least a salt/pepper shaker or some sugar etc. but the lack of napkins or paper towels was weird. I needed to try to spray for the ants and there wasn't even a single paper towel or napkin or tissue I could use to wipe it. I found a sponge... but a roll of paper towels would really be helpful! When I first booked, I had a few questions and no one got back to me after multiple requests, emails and messages. I finally had to contact VRBO to get a reply. But once I did, the communication was excellent and ongoing.

Wonderful and spacious place with great water views!

We fell in love with the view from the main room and the deck, but you don't even have to be outside to enjoy it! The windows span the entire back wall of the house making you feel like you're right on top of the water. The house was very well stocked and spacious and had many activities for outdoor fun, from everything from the hot tub to corn hole. There is also ample parking space for a large group. Did I mention the gorgeous sunsets from the deck? If our travels ever take us back to Bonita Springs, this place will be first on our list for places to stay. It was fantastic!

Bring your own toilet paper…

Beautiful clean home, on a canal. Supplies for toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry soap were non-existent, as in, we had to go out and buy our own. Totally unacceptable. I called Vacasa twice about this, was assured it would be remedied, but nothing. Amenities were to include “a pair of two-person kayaks”… but there was only one single-person kayak. Since there were six of us, this forced us to kayak singly in the canal…a real disappointment. The dock is wrecked and dangerous, so it was difficult to launch the kayak. The kitchen is minimally stocked with very cheap cookware and dull knives. There was absolutely zero food or spice items…the salt shaker was empty and there was no refill. We did have pepper. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was great, the views spectacular.

Beautiful Area

Spend time here with friends & it was beautiful! We enjoyed early breakfast looking at the views of the canal & later on kayaked. The rooms were nicely decorated. The ice maker in the fridge took quite a while to actually make ice, so I suggest getting some ice on the way for any refreshments. Coming in to the house at night was a bit difficult because there is no illumination along the trail. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this spot & am looking forward to returning one day.

Very nice home tucked back in by the Imperial River. Everything was nice and clean. Would recommend if someone did not want on the beach as it is only a few miles from the beach. Nice Beach chairs provided. flowering vines along the sidewalk need cut back.

Overall, the property was fine for a short stay for 6 adults. One detraction is there are only two bathrooms. One great benefit is the tremendous outdoor space overlooking the river. The hot tub wasn't working and that took some time to resolve.

Accommodation in Bonita Springs

All was very good. The place is nice, comfortable, and clean. We spent a few days relaxing and enjoying the property. Only 2 recommendations: put more Paper Towels and more Liquid Dish Soap. We absolutely needed it. Everything else was perfect. We will surely come back again soon.

Peaceful, beautiful!

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed every minute we spent here and will definitely try to stay again. My husband spent hours sitting on the deck or right by the river. Dolphins and manatees came by. Kayaking was wonderful. My granddaughter loved the hot tub. The hosts have provided everything you need except food!
