BreAkfast had no dairy products since " the truck didn't come last week". No fruit other than apples and limited other breakfast items. Noise from closing room doors was very noticable. HVAC was quiet.

The person at the front desk was very inexperienced Had no idea what she was doing No manager to be found Paid for our room on Expedia and she went ahead and charged us too and then can’t figure out how to reverse it

One night stay

Good hotel near hunting grounds. Only complaints, hardly any water flow in sink, sticky white mess under the ice bucket, smokers congregating in front of main entrance.

No big complaints. Only problem I see is that the property seems a little bit understaffed. I’m not sure why they built two hotels right next to each other when it appears that they are struggling to keep them occupied. The owner better develop some quick marketing skills. Very nice staff and nice breakfast.

I liked that it was clean, friendly staff. Close location to everything we needed. Bed was not that comfortable but there’s no place like home. You guys did a great job, love the dove lotion, soap and shampoo you had availability if we needed it.

I really try to avoid leaving bad reviews, at risk of seeming inconsiderate, but the lady at the desk when we checked in was just flat out really rude. We got the wrong room, and she didn’t do anything about it, basically told us oh well I can’t fix it, so we’re stuck in the incorrect room, which would be completely fine if the room we have was equivalent in price to the room we booked. What we have would’ve been much cheaper to book than one we were supposed to get, but this lady did absolutely nothing to help us. I’m overall just annoyed, dissatisfied, and disappointed. We usually have very good experiences at this hotel. I will put in a note here that the young lady working later in the night was great!! Very nice and respectful.

For the money, this little joint is terrific. Don't expect high-end luxury. But there's nothing lacking, either. Good service, good little breakfast service, decent and clean rooms, good amenities. Overall, a great little find.

Overall a good stay, not many choices in the area though. Out of milk and other breakfast items two days in a row. They still put out cereal, just no milk at all. Staff apologized for, “truck not coming in.” That is a poor excuse, go to the store, get supplies and serve the customer. Just not impressed with that part of the stay. I have to go back to the area soon and will stay at an adjacent property to see if they have any better service.

The room was clean and nice and cool. I wish there had been a non-skid mat for the tub. The tub was slippery when taking a shower and getting out. It was very quiet and that was lovely.

Noisy Hotel with Unhelpful Staff

Room was noisy. Children in room above were running and wrestling late into the night. I asked the front desk to allow us to move to another room, but that was refused because the hotel was “fully booked”. When I made the request the parking lot was almost empty. We will never stay at this hotel again, although we drive past it weekly. Very disappointing experience!

Place was very clean, comfortable (pretty new) and very convenient to get to/from. The included breakfast was varied and good, with someone on-sight to be sure that everything was in order. Our four-day stay was nice.
