"Fantastic location - dolphins swimming by in am, pelicans in pm, plenty of great outdoor furniture, direct access to a sweet little beach, kayak, SUPs (if you can brave getting across the wave break). We had a great time at this house. Bring your own life jackets.House is technically a 5BR, but there are 4BR upstairs, all with own bath, and a big office downstairs with adjacent full bath.Communication with management company was great, and they resolved a minor issue quickly even on a holiday week.House is grand and custom built on the property - but is showing its age a bit (peeling outdoor paint, etc). New and nicely appointed furniture, inside and outside, makes up for it so you don't have to worry about musty. Just expect a beauty who has aged a bit. "

"The home was very close to what was depicted in the photos and descriptions. The availability of 3 full baths was an added bonus. The kitchen was well appointed although we mainly ordered in. There was one minor issue with the oven as the controls were confusing but we managed. the owner was communicative and responsive. One complaint is the only house number is painted in the curb on the street and when cars are parked and if arriving at night it is hard to know the address. I would recommend for them to add a lighted address sign either in the lawn or attached to the building for visibility and for 911 recognition or safety. "

"This was great spot for our daughter's basketball tournament at the old Mamba Center, now Sports academy. Great and quiet neighborhood. All amenities and stores very close by. The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. We had great time, although I did have to get used to different stove top. One thing missing was pans that worked with induction since need to be magnetic. But we liked the place and would look to stay again. Malibu not far and drive thru hills was great to when daughter wasn't playing "
