"The condo had everything we needed. It is close enough to downtown that you can be at a nice restaurant within ten minutes, but far enough away that you always feel peaceful and unhurried. Bonuses are that you have good snorkeling and diving right out your back door, and that owner Laura is super helpful and responsive to every question. "The descriptions and photos don't do justice to the home or location. The house and guest accommodations are very spacious and comfortable. Having direct and easy access to the Carribean Sea made snorkeling and scuba from the property a daily and sometimes multiple daily occurrence. "Great place to stay on the southern end of the island. Probably the best set up for divers we have seen with a large rinse tank and a place to hang wetsuits and BCD’s right near it. August was a hot time to be there and the AC in the upstairs bedrooms worked hard due to the slats and screens on the windows but the downstairs bedrooms were fine for sleeping. "This is a great rental for couples, friends and families! There are multiple units on the property, perfect for when you want to be together but not too close. The various outdoor seating areas were inviting and the salt water pool was refreshing. The host was the perfect amount of friendly and helpful without hovering. "The property is as advertised. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was working well and was a god send for us Colorado USA residents. The pool area is private and lovely! The dive/snorkel site at the edge of the property is Andrea 1. The reef there is in excellent condition. We found entry and exit was a challenge for divers not experienced with shore diving. Our snorkelers had no problem with it. I would stay again. Be aware of the $70 head tax to get on the island and the $40 fee per person...

"The property is beautiful! It is in a neighborhood, but the landscaping makes it to where it is very private! The pool was wonderful, perfect to cool off in and relax. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need to cook with. Well stocked in seasonings too! We took advantage of the rental truck they offered and so glad we did.
