"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "We stayed eight people in the house for nine days and had a wonderful time. The house was even better than in the pictures and the location was great for different day tours, a car is a must. Everything was nice and clean and Francesco cleaned the pool and the outside areas every morning. Overall a fantastic stay!"
