"The house was clean but if you don’t speak Swahili, or you are a traveler from outside the country, I would recommend to have a second thought. First of all, it was very difficult to receive the key of the house. The number I was given was not reachable on the day of arrival, even after the time of check in. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL THROUGH ORBITZ/EXPEDIA! We booked through Orbitz only to arrive and have the receptionist tell us they do not accept bookings through Orbitz or Expedia. We then had to pay the girl at the reception TWICE what the booking rate on Orbitz was. To make matters worse Orbitz has NOT given me a refund for this. I called and explained the situation to Orbitz and they said they would get back to me. Nothing from them! "

"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."
