"This property is something out of a dream, if I could pick it up and move it home I would! Modern place settled in the mountains with all the comforts of home! We spent Christmas in Bolzano and this was an excellent place to do so. Plenty of room for a family to be extremely comfortable. Greti and her mother were as sweet as could be making us feel at home, even bringing us a cookie plate and card on Christmas. "An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment. "
