The "Dolce Vita" property is a 3-room house with a floor area of 65 square meters, situated on the upper ground floor.
It features one room with a double bed measuring 160 cm, and another room with two beds and two additional sleeping facilities.

The property is equipped with a kitchen/living room area that includes an oven, four gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table and satellite TV in this area, which leads out to a terrace.
The house has a shower/WC, gas heating (available at an extra cost), a roofed terrace, terrace furniture, and three deck chairs.
