Everything is perfect. It’s about 15mins from station by walk. Very quiet place. Staffs are amazing. I was late for breakfast and they asked me to have it after 11am. They are so kind.

スタッフが素敵なホテル

場所は駅と旧市街の間で、どちらに行くにも便利な場所です。部屋は広いとは言えず、シャワーも狭い！ですが、スタッフに女性たちが皆さん感じがよくて親切です。ちょうどメーデーに滞在することになり、スーパーマーケットやレストランの営業状況を尋ねたら、すぐに各店に電話して確認してくれ、ありがたかったです。

イタリアの平均的な小さなホテル

初めてのボローニャ滞在。場所は駅から歴史地区の中間にあり徒歩15分くらい。大きな通りからチョット入った裏通りにあります。部屋が最上階の屋根裏だったので窓は天窓のみでやや息苦しかった。シャワー室はかなり狭い。それ以外は朝食やスタッフの対応も良かったです。歴史地区へは徒歩圏内、周りは飲食店が多数あり全く不便なしでした。イタリアによくある家族経営のような小さなホテルでした。

便利で清潔、スタッフは親切なホテル。

駅からチェントロ（歴史的中心街）の中間にあり（正確にはZ.T.L.…交通規制区域の中）、観光、ビジネスなど色んな用途に対応できるホテルです。スタッフは親切で、大変気持ち良かったです。駐車場はありませんが、すぐ側に、地下の公共の大駐車場があります。私の泊まった部屋はシングルですが、ベッドはイタリアに良くある小さめのタイプ。マットレスは、しっかりしていました。バスタブは無く、シャワーのみでしたが、お湯はたっぷり出ました。決して広い部屋ではありませんが、立地と星数を考えれば、普通でしょう。ただ、清潔で大切に使われている感じがあり、気持ち良く過ごせました。朝食は普通。特に書くべき事はありませんが、スタッフが「コーヒー（カップッチーノ）を、もう一杯如何ですか？」と気を使って呉れるホテルは、そんなに多くありません。あと、立地がメイン通りに近いにも拘らず、ちょっと裏通りに入っているので、とても静かでした。ただ、その分、気をつけないと通り過ぎてしまう可能性はあるかも知れません。私としては、合格のホテルで、また機会たあれば使うと思います。

メインソトリート、広場にも近く買い物・観光に便利。　かつ路地に少し入ったとこなので、音や環境はgood。　目の前にBARがあり、オヤジは一見とっつきにくいが根は良さそうな人なので、コンビに代わりによく飲み物を買いました。

とにかく場所が分かりづらい

中心部の便利な場所にありますが、小さな路地にあるため、地元の人に聞いてようやく行きつくことができました。とにかく、わかりづらいです。ホテルは3星ともいいかねる小さなホテルです。部屋は清潔ではありますが、修繕などは行き届いてはいない状態でした。朝食はほとんど食べるの物がなく、これまで泊まったイタリアのどのホテルよりも粗末なものでした。料金は安いですが、われわれが泊まった当時、駅前のエクセシオール（4つ星。過去に泊まった時、とてもよかった）とさほど料金に差がなっかたので、とても割高に感じました。

お勧めのホテルです。

スタッフが全員英語を話すことができ，私は全く不自由を感じませんでした。スタッフがいつも明るく丁寧に対応してくれました。部屋の設備も，日本のビジネスホテルに慣れた私にとっては，全く不満はありません。ホテルは少し路地に入ったところにありますが，私は，ホテルの場所をグーグルストリートビューで調べていたので，すぐに分りました。細い路地ですが，11時過ぎに歩いても特に怖いことはありませんでした。近くに同じクラスのホテルがいくつかありました。中心街に近くて，良い場所だからでしょう。ひとつだけ不満は，シャワー室が狭かったことです。でも，他のホテルに泊まった人も，同じ不満を言っていたので，この地域はどこもそうなのでしょう。朝食も充実していました。お勧めのホテルです。

立地もスタッフも良い

駅とマッジョーレ広場の中間でとても便利。部屋も快適ですが、なによりスタッフの気配りや感じの良さが居心地をよくしてくれました。

気持いいサービスではピカイチ！

ホテルの全てのスタッフの接客サービスが、本当に気持ちが良かった。フロントの方は英語がほぼ完璧に伝わるので助かった。部屋は少し小さく、シャワーは狭いが、清潔で掃除が行き届いていた。ミニバー冷蔵庫が重宝。歯ブラシ、髭剃りもある。ホテルの場所は、初めて行く時は分りにくいので、事前にホテルに確認した方がいい。

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient hotel located within walking distance to the train station and everything in the heart of Bologna. We stayed in a 4-person room which was quite spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and substantial.

Great location and staff, nice rooms

Nice staff and great location, the room was a bit noisy as I could hear a lot of stuff through the walls but that is old buildings for you. Not hotel fault. All in all I would say a good stay and good amenities.

Rigtig god beliggenhed og meget for pengene.

Rigtig god beliggenhed, roligt og midt i det historiske centrum. Lidt slidt men hyggeligt mindre hotel, meget for pengene når man sammenligner med andre hoteller i området. Meget venligt personale og god morgenmad. Vil absolut bruge det igen.

Good location with easy access to train station and city center. Double room was too small. Air conditioning did not work. They gave us a fan. It was ok since we were literally in the room for just 8 hours. Included breakfast was decent.

Hotel (Albergo) Centrale was a perfectly good spot to spend in Bologna for a couple of nights. It was centrally located and within easy walking distance to all of downtown Bologna. The room was spacious enough and most importantly, clean. It's showing a bit of wear, but they look after it well. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Great stay for 4 nights. Close to the sights, shopping dining and the main train station. The staff were always friendly and happy to let me check into my room which was ready at 10.45am. My single room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again when I return to Bologna.

Hotel is in a central location, only a 10 minute walk from train station and close to landmarks, shops and restaurants. We had an appartment for 4 which was spacious, clean and comfortable, it even had its own little kitchen area with fridge freezer & cooking facilities and complimentary nespresso coffee. Staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Mug was never cleaned or replaced nor were tea/coffee replenished, so little point of having the kettle other than for 1st night.Shower cubicle was too small and hot water control temperamental as was a/c.

Beautiful full apartment and service

Studio for 3 pax, was in 406 in annex, was beautiful with full kitchen and two ac units keeping it cool. There was an elevator to second floor but had to carry cases etc up an extra two flights of stairs - was a bit of a hassle but room was definitely worth it. Good selection at breakfast and friendly staff. Extra 15€ for baby crib but that looks fairly standard for italy...

A cosy, friendly hotel in excellent location

Excellent location, friendly and knowledgable receptionists. The hotel is cosy, the buffet breakfast rich in choices. I totally recommend it.

Excellent prices, great location

Great value for money. We stayed in an annex apartment in an adjacent building. Great for a family of four with fully functioning kitchen and loads och space. Just a few steps away from the city center with shopping and restaurants.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was disappointing, no window only a skylight. On the last day the water in the washbasin and shower wouldn't drain away.
