Our guests have at their disposal the entire apartment including the kitchen. We will provide fresh bed linens and towels, as well as the welcome kit for the bathroom and kitchen. At your arrival our greeter will do the check-in, explaining the right use of the allocations and hand out the keys of the apartment. During your stay you can always contact our assistance service.
The bright, approx. 120 m2 apartment, is located on the mezzanine floor (without elevator, 8 steps) of an elegant building on one of the main streets of Bologna’s historic district, and was fully renovated in December 2018 to ensure guests a pleasant stay in a refined, modern and well-equipped environment. Every room is serviced by AC, next generation windows are designed to maximize thermal and sound protection, and floors (even in the bathrooms) are covered in elegant white-washed durmast hardwood. Despite being located on one of the city ’s main streets, the apartment, overlooking an internal court and being well insulated, is quiet and peaceful.
The property opens onto a spacious living room, which is furnished with a comfy double sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), which faces a wall-mounted 50” flat screen TV. The dining table is fully made of crystal, comfortably accommodates 8 people and is surmounted by a big wrought iron lamp of the 1600’s: it is a tribute to the lanterns that decorate the porticoes of the city, and offers a great scenic impact to the living area. On the background, a big panel stands out picturing the bust of the god Neptune, whose figure, sculpted by the artist Gianbologna, is one of the most iconic symbols of the city.
The open kitchen, made-to-measure and with white lacquered wall units, is located just across the dining table and is equipped with an island which can be used for breakfast or a quick lunch.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes dishwasher, microwave (with grill mode) and large refrigerator with separate freezer. There is also available a coffee machine and upon request coffee tabs can be ordered.
The three bedrooms are located next to the living room, each one including a fitted wardrobe and a modern, well-finished bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower. In the laundry area, which is next to the kitchen, there is a washing machine as well as a dryer. All the rooms of this modern apartment are generous in size, the master bedroom, in particular, has a king size bed (180 cm X 210 cm), while the other two bedrooms include single beds (90 cm X 200 cm), which upon request, may be put together to become double beds.
In addition, the apartment is in a very convenient position from which Bologna’s monuments can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot, and the city’s Fairgrounds and airport can be accessed by the numerous buses that pass right by the property. Finally, the train station is less than a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
