Lovely Home in an Idyllic Setting
What an amazing home! Comfortable, airy and spotless with timeless character and charm. Impressive craftsmanship to be appreciated in every room of the original house, which transitions beautifully to the contemporary living area perfect for lounging. The property is lush and completely private. About a two block walk to Four Winds Marina and Lazy Flamingo. We rented a boat at the marina to cruise around the islands and hang out on the beaches at Cayo Costa - an absolute blast. Total island vibe at Lazy Flamingo - the catch-of-the-day and shrimp were super fresh and beyond delicious.. great beers too. First time on Pine Island and my wife and I and our two kids (ages 16 and 11) had a great time.

Very clean house. Internet pictures indicated a screened porch on 2nd floor. There isn’t one. Furnishings a little sparce. Hot water not always available. Need luggage racks in main floor bedrooms. We would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay in Bokeelia, Florida. It is a pretty laid-back place with lots of other retirees or snowbirds. Enjoyed the fishing, the beautiful community pool, and a variety of restaurants. Lots of walking with our dog.

Spacious old plantation charm
My family with 4 adults and 4 children aged 3 and under loved this vacation homewith fenced yard. The little boys keep asking when they can return to their "sweet little yellow home". Everything is top knotch, yet comfortable for families. Those with young children might consider taking the damage insurance offered when staying in such a lovely place with hardwood floors and butcher block counters. Kristin is a very helpful host. Our experience was wonderful.

Character Galore!
Not your typical Florida house! It's a large, comfortable home with charm. The kitchen and patio are easy to cook in. The property is very private, there's minimal traffic along Stringfellow. The fenced backyard was a huge bonus with our dog. We loved it and will definitely return. Thanks, Kristin!

Thanksgiving 2023
The home was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and spend family time. The upstairs area was perfect for getting away and could not hear anything going on downstairs. The front porch with coffee in the morning watching the sun come up was quiet and peaceful. We cooked in the kitchen and all the appliances were new and the kitchen was well outfitted.
