「Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.」

「Very pleasant stay. The property satisfied our needs.」

「Responsive host. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had a great location. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access was very good.」

「Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!」

「We had a fabulous vacation in South Seas. Communication was excellent with every message answered quickly. Nice & clean, perfect size for us. It was stocked with supplies to get us up & running quickly. Would highly recommend our host and South Seas for your next trip.」

「Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

「I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

「Wonderful trip and very convenient to everything. Very prompt communication and the company they work with for beach equipment is great! 10/10!」

「Perfect location with a beautiful view that exceeded our expectations! Very clean, and nicely appointed. Owner was prompt in responding to any communication, great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!」

「It was perfect! 」

「We loved everything about this place! We have stayed on captiva before and would love to stay in this condo again. ONLY downside was lack of kitchen tools, no pan, only pots. Coffee and filters would’ve been just the Cherry on top but it was still fantastic.」
