"All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the front desk, restaurant and ski room folks. The hotel location is prefect, only a few steps from the slopes."

And we may just have been unlucky. Also you have to go outside to access the pool which is a bit fresh! Overall it’s a really nice accommodation and excellent for families. "
