    Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

    To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



    Pet Policy

    Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:



    $50 for 1 dog



    $100 for 2 dogs



    Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

    Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons

    We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.



    Security Deposit & Damage Waiver

    Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.

    You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.

Property was fantastic. Very clean, well maintained, all amenities accessible, easy to use, perfect for large family or group (we had 5 parents with 5 recruits on a college visit and it was the perfect property for us!) Hosts very informative and the check-in and check-out instructions very clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

In town for a baseball tournament

This place was the perfect fit for our group. We were in town for a baseball tournament at a local college and stayed here with 3 families. We really enjoyed the community pool durning the day and the hot tub at night. The location was great. Close to everything and was area was a quiet, nice and safe family feel. The check-in/out process was easy and the communication for the host was great. We would stay here again.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The decor created a pleasing atmosphere and felt welcoming. Many small appliances were available for our use. I appreciated the closet with folding chairs to.add around the dining table. There were a couple of minor issues that I provided feedback to the owners about. I feel confident that they care about their rental and guests enough, that those minor issues will be addressed. The house did provide full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers, which is nice to know one does not need to pack their own. All but one bedroom are located on the second floor, and the house has a double flight of stairs, so that may be an issue for people with mobility issues. The new neighborhood has both a fire station and police station at the neighborhood entrance, 1 block from the house, which provide additional security to what already feels like a safe and clean area. Overall, our group of adults who stayed at this house for a conference weekend, enjoyed the home and would recommend it or choose to stay here again.
