House and owner were great. Only had a small issue running out of TP. But that was no big deal. It was a great stay regardless.

Great place to stay

Had a great stay. It was great to have a place we could bring our dogs and cat. The owner was very kind and worked hard to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks again for a nice stay.

Wonderful stay! We stayed here to enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner with friends for one night. The place was very clean and cozy, and the kitchen space worked out perfectly for reheating food and some last minute cooking. Thank you so much again Regina!

After a long trip across Idaho, it was exactly what our family needed to relax and recharge. Every detail was so thoughtful and comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. It was chill and comfortable. Worked out perfect for after prom/birthday with friends slumber party.

This place was unfortunately not as advertised. The property is very run down and very dirty. There were crumbs of food underneath the couches, old plastics underneath beds, and the beds were full of pet hair and large stains when we stripped the sheets. The bathroom fan doesn’t work, the main living room TV remote had dead batteries, and a piece of the lock system on the front door was constantly falling off inside. The freezer had items from previous guests, and the utensils and cooking supplies had stains that were removed after we had to hand wash them. Overall we were underwhelmed by the space and what it provided, a lot of TLC is needed in order for this to be anywhere near respectable as a rental.

Needs work

Nicely accessorized on the inside but that was about it. The yard was an absolute mess. Weeds and overgrown bushes everywhere. The neighborhood is sketchy and we didn't feel safe. Overhead lights don't work in the living room, shower head is awful and needs to be replaced. Found sugar ants in the living room so should be fumigated. I'm honestly surprised this has been approved as a VRBO as it just isn't up to the normal quality we've had with other properties.
