Upon arrival to the ranch, the relaxing atmosphere and country setting begins to descend on you. No subdivisions here. Right in the middle of the Treasure Valley, you are 5 minutes from the freeway, restaurants, and grocery stores, but secluded enough to relax and rejuvenate. Whether you are here for a family or friends gathering, there will be a smile on your face.
This horse ranch house in Nampa offers 4 cozy bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds plus an extra futon bed in the office. The 2 bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. Whether you're exploring the Treasure Valley, attending a horse show at the Ford Idaho Horse Center (4 miles away), or hosting a family event, this amazing property is perfect.
Enjoy watching the horses in our pastures or bring your own to our horse motel complete with arena, round pen and trail course for your use. Sorry, we do not have horses available for riding. Horse boarding and RV hookups are available for our house guests. Horse reservations are made on our website... Trash goes out to the blue trash cans along the fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not feed or touch the horses without permission. And please don't let the cats in the house.
No dogs allowed in the house w/o a guest present, unless in a kennel.
On the ranch, dogs must be on leash at all times, and please pick up after them. Please cleanup the yard before you leave.
