Breakfast was amazing!
Clean rooms, pool, etc.
Only con was there are no hours of quiet time posted. One night, a couple two patio’s away, were very loud. Keep me up until 1am!
When I called to ask for assistance, the receptionist told me there was nothing he could do.
Also, be aware of the loud barking dog a few blocks away.

I would say the amenities were good and the breakfast was delicious. Overall a pleasant hotel
House keeping were friendly however I feel like the front of house staff could be more attentive and welcoming. For the price I paid I feel like I should have got better service. For example, when asking for water for my room it felt like I was asking for too much.
They also don’t take your luggage to your room when checking and downstairs when checking out - For a 5 star hotel, that’s the least I would expect.

"The room is spacious and has lovely views. Unfortunately; it was not as clean as we had expected. The resort is lovely but tired and in need of maintenance and touch ups. I would definitely rate it as four stars, not five. The staff are lovely."
