Didn’t like glass door on bathroom Carpet and mattress were very stained You had to tap room card to operate lift this didn’t always work Staff in bar not that friendly Thought we had paid for breakfast for the 3 nights we were there but apparently didn’t Had to pay taxes and it’s said to be city centre it’s not so had to keep paying for transport worked out a very expensive trip

Good location within a short walk of train station and tram stops. Staff were friendly and very helpful (improvising a vase for our mother's day flowers). Rooms were clean and well-equipped, but there were some style-over-substance design choices (e.g., glass cylinder shower that clogged and overflowed, tiny wash basin). Not many options for food - particularly dinner - without a bit of a walk, mitigated by easy access to trams.
