"We were greeted by Barbara several hours before the official check-in and were allowed to store our lugage in the room. Our room appeared newly renovated with a really nice ambience (room 1 at the Ground Level). The kitchenette was Well equipped and the bathroom were great as Well. We ordered breakfast to be delivered next morning. And what a treat! Bled breakfast delivered a basket with loads of local specialities like yoghurt, cheese, saugases and bread - the best breakfast we have ever had....

"This was a first class hotel with premium location. Affordable but makes you feel like royalty. The breakfast spread was the most extensive I have ever seen. Breath taking views, right on the lake and an easy 3.6km walk around the lake. Rowboats available for use and three top class restaurants and a full spa. I will definitely be returning."

"We at first were given a room that was substandard, booked through Expedia. The manager moved us to another room that was great! We had an amazing view of Lake Bled, the castle and the church. Room had everything it needed and beautiful view from the balcony. Good storage space too although there seemed to be a central cooling system, so it got a bit hot at night."

The staff were all so kind and helpful and I couldn’t get over how incredible the views were. This exceeded any expectations I had!!! "Great stay at this hostel. Very clean, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous location!! Hostel had lots of activities (bike hire, canyoning, rafting etc.) which made it easy to book when you arrive, no need to do it in advance. Dorm room was very clean, but no curtains on individual beds or on windows, meaning in summer you wake up at 4:50am with the sun. Good kitchen and nice bathrooms. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"
