"The hotel was great,breakfast and room.People complaining about little things only reflect on how annoying they are.No place is like home.And if you’re not moving in please be considerate.The cleaning ladies are amazing and helpful.Front desk takes care of everything you ask for.So please if you want a perfect place to stay..do yourself a favor and stay at your home. The hotel is very good."

"Wrong description, the terminal where the hotel is not operating terminal. This terminal was not connected to actual terminal, and also homeless are there, elevator smell like pee. And room where we stay was very noisy, people walking hallway, you can hear very loudly, because it’s not carpet, and very cheap, thin insulation. So disappointing, never recommended anyone."

Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rain shower. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. "Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. If you are traveling to Brazil you should stop by this area and have Castle experience. Highly recommended place !!!! Don't miss this hot spot when you in Brazil ! Greg and Zara form New York City "
