    📍 The location is fantastic and strategic: with access to all forms of transportation in northern Bogotá. Just a short walk from TransMilenio and major roads; specifically, it’s located across from the Niza - Calle 127 TransMilenio station.

    It’s right across from the Bulevar shopping center. It’s directly connected via a pedestrian bridge that takes you to supermarkets, restaurants, and stores. The third floor has many restaurants, making it very convenient. There are three supermarkets across the street (Carulla, Olímpica) and two in the Bulevar shopping center (Jumbo and D1).
    Other highlights
    The apartment overlooks the wide Avenida Suba (there may be some city noise) and the Niza hills.

    The laundry room is great—with the “Speed Queen” app, you can start the machine and track when the cycle will end. The dryers are right above the washers and also work with the same app.
