Beautiful setting and terrible service. From check-in with wrong rooms and missed extras that had been agreed upon (they did upgrade rooms to make up for it), to slow service for meals, no hot water, and inefficient checkout. They say they don’t accept credit cards but give you a link to a third party for credit card payment. Too bad, this could be a great place but isn’t.
