el numero del camcelacion no existe

Llame para cancelar la reserva y siempre de decía que llamara a otro y cuando llamaba me decía que otro numero y así sucesivamente, nunca pude cancelar , pues es la estrategia de este hotel para cobrarte .por eso te piden el numero de tarjeta de crédito que mal me siento estafado.

I do not recommend this place, I did not feel quality price ratio right balance, for me cleaniness of the bathrooms is everything and they are very old and ugly.

Номер практически не убирают, только заправляют кровать ( постельные принадлежности за неделю не разу не меняли).

Bueno.

En general mi calificación es buena. Buen servicio, buena ubicación (junto a corferias y a la 26- trasmilenio), habitaciones cómodas y bonitas, con wi-fi. La habitación estaba aparentemente limpia, pero en realidad no lo suficiente. El baño requería de mayor aseo en la ducha, junto a la división. La Sra. del aseo manifestó que había poco personal para cuando hay mucha ocupación, lo que explica un poco sus falencias en este aspecto.

Cheap but needs improvement.

The staff was helpful with check in, they did change our room once i found that the toilet wasn't working. Breakfast was weak and small. you had a choice of juice or fruit with a piece of bread and scrambled eggs. The Cable was very staticky and bathrooms need to be cleaner and updated.

bad service and no towels

the service in this hotel was absolutely horrible, the attendant at the front desk gave us nothing but problems and attitude, once we got to our room we had no towels available we had to fight with the attendant at the front desk to get us some towels, and then they told us that there was not enough towels for my 8 family members they expected us to share towels or wait until the morning. I booked three rooms in this hotel and I would never stay in this hotel again

Es Hotel es muy malo. El recepcionista hace todo El desayuno es muy malo. Ye enganan con el precio ya q tu pagas x la pagina y cuando llegas te cobran mucho mas. No lo recomiendo

No es hotel y spa. Es un bed and breakfast.

En primer lugar, escogí el hotel por qué decís que tenía spa. Cuando llegue al hotel, me entere que el spa solo funciona los jueves ( yo me iba a quedar de sábado a miércoles). En la descripción del hotel no decía eso por ninguna parte. la habitación estaba cómoda pero tenía solamente lo básico, cama y baño. No hay cafetera ni el hotel tampoco ofrece café, a excepción del desayuno que viene incluido con la tarifa del hotel. Por cierto, el desayuno siempre fue muy bueno. El servicio del hotel debe mejorar. A las niñas de la recepción siempre se les olvidaba lo que yo les pedía. Pedí que arreglaran la neverita que había en la habitación y nunca fueron a arreglarla. Varias veces me toco llamarlas para recordarles lo que les había pedido. En general, el hotel no debería llamarse hotel y spa. Es simplemente un sitio para llegar a dormir (bed and breakfast). La zona donde se encuentra el hotel ubicado es buena y tiene acceso a supermercados, tiendas, bancos, transporte público. El hotel tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto por un costo adicional, que es mas o menos lo que cobra un taxi, así que es una buena alternativa.
