El baño WC no estaba fijo y se movía mucho. Lo reporte un par de veces y no lo arreglaron. Las alfombras se ven sucias y con polvo. Las llaves de acceso a mi habitación fueron deshabilitadas por una falta de comunicación entre el Staff del front desk. El desayuno muy básico y poco variado

Very, very nice breakfast with a variety of choices. Very courteous staff. Very nice location. The only thing that surprised me was the fact that they didn’t have usb ports in the room. That’s unnaceptable for a hotel of such a class.

Beds need an upgrade, the bottom is coming off. It is a very nice hotel, second time going to this hotel. Wet areas are great. It should have more food options and offer more typical food other than Ajiaco. The staff is very nice and helpful.

La propiedad necesita urgentemente mantenimiento en los pasillos de las habitaciones y por lo menos en la habitación en que yo me aloje, algunas áreas están necesitando mantenimiento y/o pintura. El espejo de el baño nunca fue limpiado y se notaban palabras que había escrito algún huésped anterior sobre su superficie , las cuales eran legibles cuando este se empañaba con el vapor del agua caliente de la ducha

The hotel is absolutely adorable. Staff were super nice and their customer service was immaculate. Everything was walkable for example, restaurants, salons, and grocery stores. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Nos encanto, staff muy agradable. Servicio de comida al cuarto fue excelente, parking comodo, utiluzamos hasta el lavado de ropa y todo fue excelente. Lo unico fue que nuestro cuarto el aire acondicionado se apagaba solo, y precia cuando queria. Pase un calor algunas noches.

Excellent hotel and staff. Breakfast was excellent. My only concern was the noise from the street. My room was at the second floor of the building. Maybe higher floors won't have this problem.
