"Short break by the sea, clean and convenient accommodation. Great to accommodate our dog as well . Enclosed garden and dog friendly beaches. All amenities nearby so we didn’t need to use the care for the whole stay."

"Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. "We had a pleasant stay even though the weather was bad. The house is comfortable and has everything you might need for a short holiday. The host is very pleasant and is quick to respond. The parking is a huge bonus. Would recommend if you want to stay close to Ferry port."

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

"We had an incredible stay here. We got lucky with the weather but the house was more than big enough for our party of 16. It was clean and tidy with great cooking facilities and the pool was lovely in 30 degrees! The owners were amazing with great communication in the run up to and during the stay and very helpful with check in. I would definitely stay here again and would highly reccomend it."

Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break."

"We came to stay for a very wet Easter week away with the kiddies was just wanting a diff environment for a few days. It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home."

"The 16c house is quaint with sloping walls and floors, original beams and inglenook fireplaces. Sympathetically renovated with lovely quality finishing. The garden pretty, with lots of spring bulbs emerging and colourful chickens in a stable supplying fresh, warm eggs. Jonathan was the perfect host - attentive, thoughtful and generous. I used the pool, as yet unheated, for invigorating cold water dips, thawing out in a lovely, hot roll-top bath after with a view of the trees. Plentiful dog...

"A beautiful, modern furnished studio flat. Open plan kitchen, and uncluttered quite spacious and very bright sunny lounge area. Separate bedroom with large comfortable bed with fresh white linen. Very nice bathroom with large double shower. French windows on to a very private patio area. Carole and Tim are perfect hosts. Always ready to help but never intrusive.
