"Checked in and went to the room - bath tub was full of water. The security lock on the door was broken and held on by two loose screws. Discovered around 10 PM our TV was broken besides being unmounted and unsafe. Went to the front desk where she said she’d be right up. An hour later I called from my personal phone because the room phone didn’t work. A young man arrived who jiggled the cords but didn’t know anything else about it. The next morning I took our room keys back and told the same young lady at the front desk. She said “Okay, thank you.” There was no mention of making ithis right, a partial refund, or even an apology. This was a an expensive room. Outside of it’s obvious room issues, the elevator was very “sketch” as described by another visitor, the only ice maker was downstairs and leaking everywhere. I know I won’t stay there again - don’t know if I would use this site again either. "

"Excellent customer service. Dirty rooms, stained sheets and extremely hard/firm beds. "

"The first day breakfast there were no spoon, wafer oil spray available; I got the last mini apple for two of us. The 2nd day there were no little Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich, fresh fruits available. Room is is good, bath room tiles were loose and causing noises when stepping on it. Improve customer service is needed. "

"The sheets had rust stains all over them. The bathroom was a disaster! Toilet was broken, ceiling looked like it was going to fall in, the vent was laying in the floor. Mold was present. Door would only stay shut properly when bolt was on it. I can not believe I paid $200 for this trash. Never again! "

"Room was kinda gross not going to lie. Luckily I was only staying one night. I didn’t shower bc how nasty the shower looked. Had to lay toilet paper down each time I went to the restroom bc of how nasty the seat was.. the sheets were clean at least. "
