Amazing hotel! Highly recommended!

Staff in the reception and guest relations were not helpful at all. But the ones in the dining room were excellent.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel three times, and it never fails to impress. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Excellent facilities with a wide range of activities for all ages and interests. Our kids had a blast at the water slides, pools, and the beach. Every evening there was a great show. The food is great and diverse, both in the buffet and restaurants. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We were able to relax and enjoy the precious time with our kids without thinking of logistics and schedule.

Excellent service, very good accommodation for any age. Wonderful food selection. Friendly staff speak multiple languages.. and wonderful charm of Russian Kremlin. Highly recommended..
