• Pet fee: $125 per dog
• Dogs must be leashed outdoors due to local deer and other wildlife
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended


GUEST GUIDELINES
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (no drop-in visitors)
• Parking: Up to 3 vehicles
• Quiet hours: 9 PM–9 AM (Sonoma County rules)
• No parties or large gatherings (HOA rules apply)
• No smoking on property
• Personal streaming accounts required for Smart TVs


CHECK-IN DETAILS
• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Arrival instructions sent 2–3 days before check-in. Please do not arrive to property without your check-in information.
