"This resort is a beautiful hidden gem in Salema. Everything was perfect. The people are so friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were shuttled everywhere with a quick call to the main reception, free of charge. It was quite the service. The ocean was beautiful. "We love the resort and have returned many times, including to the Quinta da Ecosta Velha part of the resort. The villa manager and owner were friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything went really smoothly checking in and out. The villa is lovely and bright with lovely decor and a home from home feeling. Aircon is also good for stiller days but there's a gentle breeze most of the time. Indoor and outdoor areas to eat and lounge and lots of space. Less than a minutes walk to the shared pool. Would highly recommend."

"Awesome house right on the beach! Less than a 2 minute walk from the main Salema area with some restaurants and shops. The house is great with lots of amenities and space. Usually the listing pictures exaggerate the size, but with this place, the listing pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Daily housekeeping, a fridge stocked with soda and wine, and even a rooftop deck overlooking the ocean with nice loungers. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Overall this property is clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. However I feel that it could do with a little TLC. Small issues, such as mould around the bath that needs to be dealt with, no slip mats and worn shower hoses in both bathrooms. The furniture on the balcony needs replacing as it is grimy and made brittle by the sun. Finally the outside garden area could be a nice place to relax, but unfortunately it is so overgrown that it cannot be used even if some loungers were provided.
