"I booked a family room for my adult son and I . I was allocated a double room on arrival for my nieces wedding !! I eventually got it but we had to wait around and buy drinks . We then at to rush and get ready for the wedding which rather spoiled our day . This was on Monday 28 July"

"Room was clean, had everything we needed and had a balcony! Breakfast was a continental and hot food buffet. Dinner was beautiful and well priced. Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including library, snooker, pool, jacuzzi, gym, hairdressers, spa and golf course. Very friendly and helpful staff. ..."

Exceeded expectations
"We had a wonderful stay. Our Carriage House was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful with blooming flowers, shrubs and trees. We arrived and was greeted by Dave with a warm fire in the fireplace. Dave and Sue were quick to resond to any of our messages. I hope we are welcome back."
