About this property

Cascina Bruna • Spacious villa with panoramic view and garden in Val Trebbia

  • Cozy villa with authentic charm, just 10 minutes from Bobbio, ideal in every season.
In autumn and winter you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace, sipping a glass of wine or reading a book in total tranquility. During the summer, reach the nearby beaches of the Trebbia river for regenerating baths or relax in the hammock in the garden.
Perfect for families, couples or friends looking for relaxation, nature and comfort.

Discover the charm of the countryside by staying in a villa surrounded by nature, with a panoramic view of Pietra Parcellara and Bobbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
250 m2 structure offers large spaces, both external (patio, garden and panoramic terrace) and internal: comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, open space living room with bookcase, TV and board games, an ideal work area for smart working and a kitchen equipped for lunches and dinners with friends.

Green heating with wood-burning fireplace and pellet stoves for an eco-sustainable stay (wood and pellets supplied by us). We also offer a special discount for our guests for a dinner at the nearby "Acqua dolce Acqua salata" farmhouse, to taste the typical dishes of Piacenza cuisine.

The location is ideal for woodland walks, trekking, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and skiing at Penice Pass.

    Services:
    - Free Wi-Fi
    - All household linen (bed, kitchen and bathroom)
    - Cot and high chair for the little ones
    - Private parking

Animals are welcome, but we recommend bringing them if they remain under control when they are outdoors, because the structure is delimited by two gates, a hedge and is only partially fenced.
