I booked this motel as the online amenities showed that it had a bar/restaurant onsite. It does not. As a pet owner, being able to stay at a pet friendly motel and being able to go to the onsite restaurant and grab something to take back to my room to eat so that I don’t have to leave my dogs alone is what sets one motel above another. It was this reason that I specifically chose Days Inn where I am being charged $20/pet per night (I have 2 dogs) over a Motel 6 where pets stay free.

The breakfast had many good choices, and was delicious. The room was clean, and seating was comfortable. The only complaint was that for an accessible room, the bed seemed extremely high. Plus, the shower chair had no functioning rubber feet to keep from sliding, as the legs had completely cut through all four of them.

We stopped here to take a break from a cross-country trip. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast and pool. The breakfast was decent. At 4 p.m. on a Wednesday, the pool had a loud drinking party with really inappropriate music, so we skipped that and stayed in the room. The room was very outdated, but it was quiet, and I felt safe, and it was a good price.
