"Hot tub was dirty and green and the pool had tabs of chlorine in it that were not dissolved and the smell of chlorine was terrible sitting on the chairs the paint was chipping off to my arms the elevator stopped working and the lady who was cleaning gave me a weird look. They do not offer a good breakfast option and it’s way to expensive. "

"We chose to stay here with our granddaughter because we liked the suites and pool. We would be close to activities including the JellyBelly factory, Six flags, hiking and mini golf. When we arrived we waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The suite was spacious if dated with a broken window lock, cracked sink and the main room TV did not work. The pool and hot tub were green and fetid. When I mentioned this to the front desk in the morning they said that the person who looked after the pool came after 8am - the stated pool opening time. Our room was neither cleaned or resupplied in the 4 nights we were there. On day 3 we put the garbage in the hall, it was emptied but left in the hall. By our door. The beds were comfortable with a good selection of pillows. Overall I would have to say the Staybridge Suites is in decline with aging infrastructure and no one around to care. "

"Clean and well organized room,friendly staff especially Mr Om was very helpful and breakfast was amazing. Outside surrounding were clean and safe and also parking was safe."

"The room was clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. However, there were several issues. Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. Additionally, there was ongoing construction, and a notice on the door indicated that the breakfast area would be closed for the weekend but reopen on Monday. However, the breakfast area was not open, and we only received bread and some overripe bananas. This was not the hot breakfast we had been promised. No compensation was provided. It felt like a false advertisement. We specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast. I even called three weeks in advance to confirm the breakfast options and was informed of them. This hotel has a higher price point compared to other hotels in the area. Despite these issues, the hotel was otherwise safe and comfortable. "
