This place is a steal!! 10/10 stay. House was clean and very cozy. Fireplace was nice to use in the winter although the house heats up without. The hot tub was so nice to sit in and listen to the river. It is a very peaceful nice to stay and I would definitely stay again. I highly recommend this place! Was perfect for a romantic getaway over New Years.

Great Thanksgiving Trip to Blue Ridge

Place as advertised. Great location right on the river. Everything worked as it should. The kids want to go back in the summer when they can jump in the river. We’ll be back.

Great location on the river but this place needs a lot of TLC, (maintenance), We received a message that we could get into the cabin earlier than the normal check in time, Great, but when we called about a major problem , the lady told me to vacate the cabin promptly. The code to the front door did not work. wrong code, wrong instructions, not sure. But we could still entered the cabin thru the unlocked sliding glass door. Next day we received a new code, with new instructions. and easy to enter the cabin. I may well be better if we could talk with someone who can actually correct sone issue with this cabin. We still had a good time In Blue Ridge and we usually do. We have stayed in many cabins thru the years and will continue to do so. Alex

Girls Trip 2022

Went for a girls trip to get away from everything and this was the PERFECT place. Cabin was warm and inviting. The front porch is the best along with the view of the river. So calming and peaceful. The porch could stand be be pressure washed and cleaned, but other than that, the place was perfect. Exactly what we needed and expected for our girls trip.

Perfect little cabin for 2

We were a bit saddened about the actual lack of a fishing spot out front...wasn't very cleared out...same with the firepit area...could use some quick TLC. A rake or shovel would have been handy...as well as a "hey...here's a place to pick some up on your way in.." or to have it there would have been awesome. The screened in porch was amazing...but the hot tub was down so we didn't get to enjoy that aspect. Loved being on the river . Was very relaxing

The river was so unbelieveably close! Although the neighbors were nearby, we still felt secluded! The cabin was so cozy - no complaints!

A fantastic property with two glaring shortcomings....

This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean property in a wonderful area. We would gladly stay there again, once two glaring issues are addressed: -None of the windows had any window coverings. No drapes, no blinds; nothing. The guest bedroom bathroom was basically unusable as it faces the house next door 15 yards away. This bathroom window, uncovered, made the toilet and shower unusable. Also, no sense in trying to sleep in as the sun lit up the master bedroom fairly early. -The master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. We're not sure if it's the mattress, the box spring, or both. But it's so worn out that it was almost like sleeping in two side-by-side hammocks. That, and the frame and headboard both need to have all of their bolts tightened (it all creaked and shifted at the slightest movement). Of note, the guest bedroom bed was clearly fairly new and quite comfortable and supportive. We'd gladly stay there again if the 2 issues above are addressed. The place has a clean, rustic feel, and the view from the porch onto the Toccoa River is spectacular. And you're only 20 minutes from Blue Ridge.

Perfect place for some real R&R

Overall experience was awesome just the fact of not having cable TV was a little upsetting but we went and brought a Chromecast and just streamed live TV
