Located in the heart of The Aska Adventure Area, this cabin offers and ideal basecamp... peaceful seclusion on a natural sanctuary, while offering close proximity to the best of the area's outdoor adventures, shopping, dining, art galleries in Blue Ridge and Ellijay; or beautiful views from the area's many wineries and orchards.
Situated on 12 private acres and directly facing 50 acres of Chattahoochee National Forest, Aska Stargazer provides abundant space to stretch out, relax, and immerse yourself in the rejuvenating natural surroundings. Take a walk in the Appalachian Temperate Rainforest from your front door!
Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from a two-story deck, a treehouse-like screened porch with a gas fire pit, a rocking chair front porch overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest, fully equipped kitchen, a new (2025) Weber gas grill, a Nordic Sport Jet hot tub, wood burning fireplace, games, and music.
After a long day on the river or playing outside, unwind in the living room with an expansive wall of windows overlooking the view, a wood-burning fireplace, 55-inch Roku Smart TV, a telescope for skywatching on clear nights, and a record player with a selection of records.
We have complimentary high speed internet as well. The Roku Smart TV's are set up in guest mode. Bring your sign in information for your favorite streaming services. No need to sign out when you leave; guest mode automatically signs out at the end of your stay.
New in 2025, we have added a selection of small workout equipment for your enjoyment. Yoga mats, small dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, a pilates ring, foam roller, and ab wheel are stored in the living room. The coffee table easily rolls out of the way, making it easy to enjoy a workout from the best view in the house, or you can take your workout outside to the deck!
There is a half bath off the upstairs living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, appliances, serving dishes and utensils. We have supplied just about everything we could think of to make it easy to whip up a feast. New in 2025: a 12" Cast Iron Skillet, and an electric griddle.
For coffee enthusiasts, we have a drip style coffee maker, a Keurig, and a French Press.
After whipping up a feast, gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six and bar seating for two, or eat under the stars on the patio table.
The lower-level bonus room is where the fun begins! It includes a 65" Roku Smart TV, ample seating, a wet bar with a mini-fridge and Keurig, a lighted shuffleboard table. There is also a music corner to expand your entertainment options if you are musically inclined: a Donner electric weighted-key piano and guitelele (small-sized guitar).
Escape for the night to one of three bedrooms.
The main level king bedroom includes a reading nook and ensuite bathroom with jetted soaker tub, separate shower, and French doors that open to the upper deck.
The lower level has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One guest room has a custom king-sized laurel canopy bed with string lights, and the other has two sets of Twin XL sized bunk beds (4 total beds) the kids or even adults will love.

We had a great stay at Aska Star Gazer. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, and the hot tub had fresh clean water in it. Thanks for a very nice stay!
This cozy home provides everything you need for an exceptional getaway. Every moment of our stay was wonderful. The property is impeccably clean and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere.
We were so pleased with this cabin! It is very roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is also secluded on top of a mountain with gorgeous views!
The cabin is so peaceful and absolutely beautiful! Woke up every morning with my coffee and the best views. We enjoyed the firepit, fireplace and hot tub on the cold nights. 100 percent would recommend.
Our family of 5 had a great time! Great location to downtown Blue Ridge, hiking, fishing, zip lining, and other activities. We enjoyed playing outside and sitting in the hot tub. Beautiful home!
No complaints, great view of the mountains from the balcony. Cabin looks just like the pictures. Just wished we stayed longer. If you’re looking for a home away from home vacation to relax, and enjoy family time in a quiet area book now don’t hesitate.
The porch w gas fire pit was an all time favorite!
A much needed R & R! It was a very comfortable, relaxing weekend getaway. Communication was responded to very quickly! Highly recommended. Will stay here again.
We had an incredible time at this cabin. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive. The drive to the cabin was not as bad as some reviews suggested. The location is secluded and quiet. We would highly recommend.
Perfect !! The cabin was beautiful and well maintained. It afforded everyone personal space when needed after days spent in a vehicle sightseeing and enjoying the mountain adventures. Grandchildren's first trip to the mountains and it was a blast!
The host was accommodating with great communication. The cabin was clean and spacious with plenty to do for the kids. The kids loved tabletop bowling and bunk beds, while the wife and I enjoyed the beautiful starry skies in the multilevel decks. Highly recommended.
The property is absolutely breath taking. Has all the amenities you would need and gave us the getaway of a lifetime. The hosts were so quick to answer any questions we had. We loved every minute of it.
Wonderfully appointed home in a very peaceful setting. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples. We each had our own Master bedroom and living area. We also made great use of the fully stocked kitchen, the fireplace and the outdoor firepit.Owner was very responsive to any needs, almost instantly responding to my questions.Would return.
The Property is exactly like the pictures...it is beautiful, cozy and immaculate. My only complaint was that we did not get stay long enough. The location is perfect, only a 15minute scenic drive to Blue Ridge. The views from the cabin are also amazing. This cabin has everything that you could absolutely need and has been well thought out for travelers staying in it. We hope to return again next year!!
Really nice cabin with nicely stocked kitchen. It is located in a very serene setting. Property manager was very responsive. Cabin was very clean. I would suggest getting in by a car that is AWD or 4x4 as the last part of the drive is on a gravel. My friend had front wheel drive and got up but had harder time than me who had AWD. I would recommend this property!
Day of, host gave instructions on check in/out process, useful tips, and travel location. Since it's up in the mountains, to get to the house you must go uphill on a gravel road. The house had all the necessary items and beds were comfortable. Great view with screen in firepit area and hot tub. Really enjoyed the stay.
The cabin was beautiful with amazing views. It had everything we needed and was clean and ready for us. We had a wonderful vacation. We were glad that we had an all wheel drive. Don’t use Waze, follow the directions from the host (those were excellent and very clear). The host recommended arriving the first time before dark, we were really glad that we listened. Would happily stay there again!
Overall the cabin was wonderful. We had some issues with appliances, but things were managed well. We enjoyed lounging around, playing games, enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and our stay was relaxing. Which was our goal.
It was our 12th annual girl’s trip. The mountain view was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and plus some. The gas fire pit on the porch was cozy on a cold day. Only 2 pieces of wood were provided for the inside fireplace which wasn't enough for 1 good fire. I wish the rocking chairs were on the back porch and not the front. We had a nice stay and I would recommend it.
My husband and I eloped with a four friends in Blue Ridge. We stayed here for a nice vacation and had an absolute blast! There is a ton of communal space to play games and watch TV together, along with the very nice hot tub that we enjoyed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to keep everyone fed. Overall, the property was as described, clean, and just beautiful. The only downside to this property is the accessibility - Jennifer and Mike provide detailed instructions on how to make it up the driveway safely. Definitely read these well and take them seriously! We loved our stay here and are happy to call our stay part of our elopement journey!
Was initially concerned about the steep gravel driveway, but we had zero problems coming and going. There was plenty of parking. We really enjoyed the secludedness of the home. We enjoyed going tubing and going to Blue Ridge breweries and dinner. The home was clean. We didn't have any issues with any of the appliances. We ordinarily would've gotten a home with more bedrooms, but the home was very spacious at its price point. The guys really enjoyed playing shuffle board and hanging out in the hot tub. Probably would have played corn hole, but we just never got around to it.
