「Overall stay was nice, down side was the room i was in had a really loud A/C system like something rattling inside and the surrounding trim was not flush with the wall, looked broken. It was really hard to fall asleep due to the noise. At checkout i mentioned it and there was no attempt for compensation. Other than that the balcony area of the room was a good spot for morning coffee and fresh air to start the day.」

「We will definitely be staying here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us know about all of the fun things they had planned during our stay (free s’mores making kits, BBQ, music, etc). The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The free breakfast was incredibly! They had make your own waffle stations, eggs, sausage, juices, breads and bagels, fruit cups, etc. The location was great, super close to the village. 10/10!!」

「Everything was great except for there was no towels in the pool/jacuzzi. Went to the front desk, they said they will send someone over. 30 minutes later nothing, used the text message app and waited another 20 minutes. Went to our room dripping and used the room towels. Called the desk to have them bring us more. That was super fast. Jacuzzi was maybe at 65 temperature told the front desk, they stated they will have someone look at it. Never went back to see if it was working. One more thing....
