Canby is a small Town on a lake near the Minnesota South Dakota Border
What a sight!
We were traveling down the Interstate when we saw all these brightly colored kites flying. We got off at the next exit and were entertained for the next couple of hours by kite flying and competitions. The beauty of traveling with a very flexible itinerary.
