"Absolutely loved our stay at the Graduate! The IU themed lobby and rooms, hallways and spaces was incredible. Staff was so very helpful and parking was a breeze. The room was spacious and so inviting. Highly recommend!!"

"Truly a BUDGET hotel with excellent amenities, clean, but everything is very old and banged up furniture, TV ok but small, bed was great, sink stopped up, kinda like a camp ground hotel with some nice towels and bed, but rustic! Everything advertised was preset but the condition of the doors, rooms, furniture, floors, and ambiance was old and almost uncontrollable. Price ras cheap and accurately reinforced you get what you pay for. "

"Room included a desk but no chair. No luggage rack. Crack in ceiling was filled but not painted, another area of the ceiling had damage from a water leak. Room would benefit from a good deep cleaning."
