Fully renovated 87m² triplex, all-inclusive (except tourist tax).
Entrance via a shared hallway with the owner, then private access via stairs to the first floor.

First floor: living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), shower room, WC.
Second floor: two bedrooms with a double bed (140x200cm), one bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), bathroom (bathtub), WC.
Third floor: one additional bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), WC and sink.
No outdoor space. Free parking 50m away, paid parking nearby. Secure bicycle storage available upon request.
Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation. Cot and high chair available upon request. Newly equipped (June 2025), high chair and cot to be set up by the parents as desired. Welcome to your holiday rental, "La Maison du Bourg Neuf," a superb triplex ideally located in the heart of Blois, on the hillside overlooking the Loire River (the royal river). The train station is a 15-minute walk away, and you'll find a cycle path right in front of the house. You can easily get around Blois on foot or by public transport and discover the city's architectural heritage, its Royal Château, the House of Magic, the Comic Book Museum, and remarkable gardens (rose garden, Bishop's Gardens, etc.). For cycling enthusiasts, Blois is a key stop on the "Loire à Vélo" and "Châteaux de la Loire à Vélo" cycling routes. You're also in the heart of the Loire Valley châteaux region (Cheverny, Chambord, Amboise, etc.) and just an hour from the magnificent Beauval Zoo/Safari Park.

The price does not include: Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at this property.

The train station is a 15-minute walk away, and there is a cycle path in front of the house. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par Monsieur Royer. La maison de ville est très agréable, parfaitement aménagée et rien ne manque Toute une documentation touristique nous attendait sans oublier les compléments au quotidien très amicaux d’Henry
