"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and taking the train into Freiburg was very easy and made our time lass stressful as we didn't need to worry about driving.
