「We were given a room which gave a lovely view of the Bled Castle, which was great. The room has a lot of character with the wood features but it is very small with not much room for the luggage. Then a big negative was an awful smell from the bathroom plumbing the entire time we stayed. The hotel is situated in a good spot within walking distance to the lake and it's views. There are lots of stairs, so be sure you're able to handle them. They offered parking onsite which was convenient.」

「A gem of a guest house style hotel tucked away up an atmospheric mountain road at the foot of a number of trails, surrounded by forest and with a stream across the front of the property. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options including authentic curry options alongside the more traditional menu. We had a room for 4 which was large enough for two adults and two teenagers. No a/c but with the cooler...
