Everything in the gite function correctly.The place was comfortable and clean and the location was perfect, Quiet in the French country side in amongst orchards and vineyards. "Séjour du 10 au 17 Aout 2024 Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette villa de plein pied, totalement conforme aux photos. Confort optimal et propreté sont au rendez-vous. Rien ne manque, tout est prevu. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de Patrick et de son épouse, avec en prime, un très beau panier garni de fruits et de légumes bien frais. A noter également , leur grande disponibilité. "Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette maison. Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9), confortable, calme et propre. La terrasse et piscine sont très agréable aussi et l’accueil chaleureux. Le village de St Martin est magnifique et très bien situé. Il y a aussi un excellent restaurant à deux pas que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous reviendrons ! "

"The area was a little remote, but the house was exactly as described and plenty big enough for 3 family groups with a wide range in children’s ages. The outside areas worked brilliantly well, plenty of shade or sun as required. The area was really peaceful and we had deer wandering around the area. The property owner was really helpful with all our questions and responded really quickly. If I’m being picky due to the heatwave we would have appreciated. Air con in the downstairs bedrooms....

Nous avons pu profiter d’un séjour à Pérouti au coeur de la campagne entourés des ânes et des moutons et d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Le temps s’est comme arrêté et tout ce qui nous entoure invite à profiter de l’instant présent et de la magie du lieu. Le domaine est spacieux et la cuisine sublime...

"Sadly the pool was is need of substantial repair. The cracked slabs and crumbling cement around the pool was dangerous for bare feet and attracted wasps to nest. Not ideal for young children and babies. There was a constant bad smell in the kitchen due to drainage problems in the area of the sink. The setting is idyllic and very peaceful in amongst the forest but we got bitten alive with all the woodland mosquitoes."

"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet. The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!"
