Charming

Maybe it is not the most modern hotel in the town, but it has its charm. Staff is very nice, there is a good italian restaurant downstairs and location is very central, close to the market.

We were only here overnight (on New Year's Eve, specifically). We arrived late but they have a fancy safe outside which is easy to access your room key. They communicated with me multiple times about some of my questions and responded almost immediately. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic--not just bread and croissants, but ham and apples as well. It's just a short walk to the beach. We were there in the down season, but there were some bars and restaurants not too far away. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room is right on top of a night club no sleep at night very noisy drunk ppl outside till 5 in a morning I did mention that I’m travelling with a kid they still manage to give us this horrible room They were empty room on other side of the hotel as staff member told

We booked the family room. It was enough room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. There was also a table and chairs for eating in the room, but there is no mini fridge or microwave in room. The staff we encountered (I am assuming the owner of the property) was very friendly and helpful! I will say the rooms are not air conditioned, and there are no fans in the room. Our room was very hot, but leaving the window opened at night did help a little.A fan would have been perfect though. The hotel itself is in a great location! It’s easy to walk to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants near by!

The room was not ready on time. We had to wait 45 minutes because it was still being cleaned. Also, for the check out, they took the water off 15 minutes before to make us leave the room on time. They have to employ more people to clean the rooms.

Een betreft een oud hotel dat veel onderhoud nodig heeft. Echter was voor ons het belangrijkste dat het schoon was en de bedden goed waren. Dit was was! Verder vriendelijk personeel en de communicatie verliep ook prima. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding dus.

Endroit très peu pratique pour se garé et très mal indiquée. Hotel très vieux et pas propre. Photo mensongères sur le site par rapport au réel. Chambre tres petite même pour un couple et vraiment pas pratique. Très mauvais souvenir de blankenberge en générale. A oublier.

Für Familien urlaub nicht echt geeignet, beim kneipe (circosia) war samstag nacht viel loss, mehrere slägereien und viel lärm. Da kann dass Hotel natürlich nichts vor aber die polizei tut erst etwas gegen Schließungs zeit von die kneipe (05.00u ungefähr kamm polizei mall durch die strasse). Ausstattung war okay, waren nur eine nacht da, konte noch ne wassernapf für denn hund ins zimmer stellen (hotel ist hundenfreundlich beschrieben) Mitarbeiterinnen an die Rezeption und Bedienung ins Restaurant waren gut und freundlich.

Goed verblijf

Leuke kamer, zeer ruim voor 1 persoon. De kamer was netjes en de badkamer ook. Waterkoker en koffie was aanwezig in de kamer en was een pluspunt. Een groot bureau om te kunnen werken. Alleen spijtig dat er geen stopcontact is dicht bij het bureau. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij alles in Blankenberge. Enkel het ontbijt is er niet zo goed. Zeer beperkt.

L'hotel est bien situé tout prés de la digue. Les chambres sont loin de ressembler aux photos. Les joints de la douche sont orange et les grilles des conduits d'aération remplies de poussière. Les taies des oreillers présentaient des taches. Ok pour une nuit mais certainement pas pour un long séjour.

En dessous de tout ! C'est une honte !

Expérience Désastreuse - nuit du 25 au 26 Septembre 2021 - Chambre 207 ! la discothèque CIRCOSIA étant a proximité nous avons passer une nuit blanche ! Un groupe de jeunes faisant un vacarme épouvantable a envahi la rue juste 4 heure du matin et avons été obligés d'appeler la police à plusieurs reprise pour faire cesser ce tapage . La nuisance sonore s'entendait à quelques centaines de mètre ! En outre mon véhicule étant garé en face de l'hôtel, par sécurité, j'ai été obligé de le déplacer étant donné que bons nombre de jeunes se déplacent en vélo titubaient littéralement. A signaler que le 26 à 10h40 la réception n'était toujours pas ouverte alors que l'heure l'ouverture annoncée est 10h30. A noter également que d'autres clients de l'hôtel ont subi les mêmes nuisance. En conséquence j'attends de HOTELS.VOM / Hôtel Franky que mon séjour me soit entièrement remboursés compte tenu que conditions de logement totalement inacceptables ! NB : vidéo attestant mes dires sont disponible. Philippe et Manuela

Positiv : lage zum Zentrum und Strand Frühstück war lecker ( nur am 1 Tag wurden wir vergessen woraufhin die hotelbesitzerin sich telefonisch gemeldet hat und sich entschuldigt hat von daher war das ok Bett war bequem und gross Grosses zimmer Pizzeria sehr gut Negativ : hörte alles draussen , viel lärm , teppich im zimmer extrem alt , dusche toilette altmodisch ( nicht wie auf den Fotos ) Im allgemeinen für 1-2 nächte ok , mehr nicht Preis Leistung stimmt nicht …. Zu Teuer

Nice hotel, great location with some limitations.

The check-in was a bit complicated, to be before 6:00 pm. The previous guests were checking in, and it went very slow, to my opinion, as my car was badly parked in front of the hotel, place only to unload. Once checked in my wife came in, and we dropped all the luggage in the elevator, as the room is on the second floor. After parking the car, I came back to the hotel, my wife was standing in the hallway with the luggage. it seemed that the room 204 was two stairs up, and the luggage was too heavy. The room was very nice and specious. Lacking a bit of sound proofing. In the late evening people in the hall were smashing the door (due to the electronic locks) or going into the cupboards in the hall... Breakfast is offered for a supplement, and served on the room. Checkout is latest at 10h30. Besides these limitations, we had a very nice stay in the nice town of Blankenberge where there are nice buildings, the sea, lot's of shopping, and many restaurants.
